Growing up in the south of England in Hampshire, I moved to London to graduate in my first degree in Business Studies. I am a business professional having worked in international corporate environments such as consultancy, law firms and aerospace in areas of IT consultancy, talent acquisition specialist for senior executives and directors and International HR expatriating professionals globally. I can converse in three languages and have mentored teams across different cultures and continents.
I have a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management which I accomplished whilst working full time and I am Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified.
Now, I am incredibly fortunate to be doing what I love every day, meeting great clients and working in partnership to transform their lives for the better. I will help you to cultivate a mentally resilient, calm mind and find clarity in what you want (and don’t want) out of life, to redefine success for yourself from the inside-out.
I am a firm believer in personal development and personal investment and have worked hard to become the best version of myself. I have faced some struggles along the way, such is life, but I have learned how to stay positive, build a strong mindset and find empowerment. With my guidance, I know you can do the same.
I want you to come to me as your authentic self, to be open and honest, with a can-do attitude so that we can start working together to better your life from day one.
Other things about me:
- I love going to the theatre, opera, attending art exhibitions as well as listening to classical music.
- I am more of a city girl but also love going on long nature walks and climbs, appreciating the beauty around me.
- I rarely watch TV and if I had my way, I would replace this with an awesome piece of artwork.
- I am passionate about travelling, experiencing new cultures and going on adventures. My current top places to explore are Peru and to undertake the Inca trail trek to Machu Picchu and the Angkor Watts temples in Cambodia.
- I love Japanese art and culture, ikigai concept and the philosophy behind wabi-sabi.
- I don’t have all the answers. I make mistakes, have some off days just like everyone else.
- I wish I could say I can do surf boarding BUT I can paddle board. However, I can water ski impressively.
- At home, my favourite place is the winter room where I prefer to sit in front of my log fire and read a book or listen to a podcast, with a suitable drink!
- My top five people I would invite over for dinner would be: Muhammad Ali, Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, David Hockney and Steve Jobs.
- I just might be the only girl who doesn’t like chocolate. I’m more of an orchid flower bouquet type.
- I prefer the finer things, valuing quality over quantity in all areas of life.
- Not many people know that I love peanut butter and banana toast.
- I like to keep healthy, both mentally and physically.
- Some of my close friends say I have a sixth sense, which is intuitive thinking.
- Yes, I take my work seriously, but I also love laughing too, it’s good for the soul.
- And yes I will occasionally treat myself to a doughnut, my favourite being the Krispy Kreme glazed raspberry one… yummy!
